INFORMATION CONCERNING THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
(art. 13 of the D.lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196)
According to the art. 13 of the D.lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196, which introduced the Privacy Code, La Leonessa S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs the Purchaser, that its personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) will be treated as follow:
1. SCOPE OF THE TREATMENT
The collection and treatment of the data are carried out by the Company in order to:
- supply/sale of products including on-line;
- warranty and technical assistance before and after sale;
- marketing and advertising;
- sending informative and promotional material;
- services of selection and staff recruitment;
- statistics marketing analysis;
- survey of the level of satisfaction;
- invite to informative and promotional events.
2. CONDITIONS OF THE TREATMENT
The treatment of the data, for the above said purposes, will be carried out with automated and not automated conditions and in respect of the privacy and safety rights established by law. The data could be treated, on behalf of the Company, by the employees, professionals or societies in charge to carry out specific processing services or activities complementary to those of the Company, as well as all activities necessary for the execution of the operations and services of the Company.
3. DATA COMMUNICATION
In consideration of the existence of data transmission connections or computerized and correspondence connections, the Data can be made available to foreign Countries, even outside of the European Union and they can be communicate to:
1. the employees of the Company not specifically appointed;
2. companies or other people carrying out activity in outsourcing on behalf of the Company.
4. CLIENT’S RIGHTS
The art. 7 of the D. Lgs. 196/2003 recognizes the following rights:
- obtain information relative to its own data;
- obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal
data and their communication in a clear form;
- obtain the cancellation or the block, or rather the updating,
the correction or amendment as well as the statement that these operations are made known to the people to which the data was communicated;
- oppose to the data treatment for lawful reasons;
- oppose to the data treatment with aims of trade, advertising
or of market research.
To exercise the above said rights, the Client shall write to La Leonessa S.p.A., Viale S. Maria, 90 - Carpenedolo (Brescia), Italy.
5. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT
The holder of the treatment of the data is La Leonessa S.p.A.
